We combine global insight with a deep understanding of Seoul's potential. By building cluster of brands & spaces — from modern dining to boutique stays — we bring new character, identity and quality to the city's most vibrant areas.
Our goal — to elevate entire neighberhoods through strategic focused development.
Currently we are transforming areas like Hongdae, creating thoughtfully designed places that feel genuine, intentional, and worth returning to again and again.

— A HERITAGE HANOK REIMAGINED THROUGH A BRUTALIST LENS.
Our first project serves as a physical manifesto of the MWV philosophy. We have taken a heritage Hanok and infused it with raw, Brutalist architecture to create a space where Seoul’s past and future collide.
By day, the space is a sanctuary for precision-crafted baked goods and modern cafe culture. By night, it evolves into a sophisticated bar, serving avant-garde cocktails rooted in traditional Korean spirits and elevated small bites that redefine local flavors.
More than a venue, it is a multi-functional social hub—a canvas for art exhibitions, brand activations, and neighborhood connection. It is our first step in setting a new standard for how a space can breathe life into the community.
